1. The Service
AI Mastering Studio ("the Service") is a web application that applies automated audio mastering (equalization, compression, stereo width, and loudness processing) to audio files you upload, optionally guided by a reference track. The Service is operated by the AI Mastering Studio team ("we", "us").
2. Accounts
You need an account to use the Service. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
3. Your Content
You may only upload audio files you own or have the legal right to process. You retain all rights to your uploaded and mastered files. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it to train AI models.
4. Plans and Billing
The Service is offered on a Free plan (limited monthly tracks) and paid Pro/Studio subscription plans (billed monthly). Payments are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. Paddle's own terms apply to the payment transaction itself. You can cancel your subscription at any time via the "Manage Subscription" link in the app; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't use the Service to process content you don't have rights to, to break the law, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Availability and Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. Mastering results are algorithmic and may not suit every track or taste — we recommend reviewing the result before relying on it for release.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
