1. What We Collect

• Account info: your email address, via our authentication provider (Clerk).
• Audio files: tracks you upload for mastering, stored temporarily on our servers to process your request and let you download the result.
• Billing info: handled entirely by our payment provider, Paddle — we never see or store your card details.
• Basic usage data: how many tracks you've mastered this month, to enforce plan limits.

2. How We Use It

Solely to run the Service: authenticating you, mastering your uploaded audio, enforcing your plan's usage limits, and billing your subscription. We do not sell your data, and we do not use your audio to train AI models.

3. Third Parties We Use

• Clerk — authentication and account management.
• Paddle — payment processing and billing (acts as merchant of record).
• Railway — hosting for our backend server and database.
• Vercel — hosting for our website.

Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy policy and only to the extent needed to provide their part of the Service.

4. Audio File Retention

Uploaded and mastered audio files are stored so you can download your result and re-download it later. You can delete your tracks at any time from within the app, or request full deletion by emailing us.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

We use essential session cookies (via Clerk) to keep you signed in, and browser local storage to remember your language preference (Turkish/English). We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us. If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or Turkey, this includes the rights granted under GDPR / KVKK respectively.
